138 - AJ Marion in Real Estate Sales

AJ works part time as a real estate agent and is showing Mr. Ogre the third house of the day. He really likes the architecture of the place and is interested in it but unfortunately has a hard time picturing what the space will look like in photographs. He tells AJ he'll buy the house if he can test the space by tying her up and taking a couple of quick photos.
She agrees, interested in making the sale and trusting him reasonably well enough. Ogre runs out to his car to grab some rope to bind her up with. She has on a tiny black sweater, a grey pleated skirt and black t-straps. Mr. O has her turn around and he welds her forearms together behind her back, anchoring the rope around her shoulders so it won't slip. Another length of rope anchors her wrists to the small of her back.
He has her hop up onto the table and begins binding her ankles together. He moves up to secure her knees and then lowers her to the table, flipping her onto her front. He wraps rope around her thigh, tightening it down as he goes. He uses his excess to then pull her ankles up into a strenuous hogtie, anchoring the rope off to her elbows. A large red ballgag is popped into her mouth, literally, and he buckles it off in the back. After shooting a few photographs, he runs out to grab his checkbook.
